Yes, there are over 100 United Stationers reellers already enrolled with StructuredWeb.

Can I cancel my website service?
Yes, although it is not very common. Once the decision to market using the web is made, most dealers stick with the decision. There is the ability to cancel at any time.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the United Account Manager. Payments made to United would be recoverable by the dealer less a $250 cancellation fee to cover administrative processing costs involved. |
Does Ad Allowance apply toward E- Catalog fees?
Yes, a reseller can use Ad Allowance funding as a credit to be applied against up to $750 or the costs directly tied to the basic website activation fees. The process for funding would be consistent to how funds are applied for other United Ad Allowance Program materials.
Managed services fees are not covered by the Dealer Ad Allowance. |
Should the USSCO Account Manager communicate Dealer order selections to StructuredWeb?
No. AM/FM will enter the order form via the ADVOE system. This will generate a lead opportunity which will be distributed to SW via a data file exported from the ADVOE system. The SW Implementation Manager will be responsible for communicating the program selections to the Dealer on United's behalf. |
Will I be assigned a contact number for StructuredWeb Implementation Managers?
Yes, once an order form is received by StructuredWeb, a specific Implementation Manager will be assigned and all relevant contact information will be readily available. |
